What to include in your message
- Account or Premium problem: your registered email address and, for payments, the date and the payment method you used. Never send us your password.
- An OTP or email did not arrive: the inbox address you created, the website or app that was sending the code, and roughly when you requested it.
- Abuse report: the inbox address involved and a short description of what happened.
- Privacy questions: mention "Privacy" in the subject line — see also our Privacy Policy.
Response time
We normally reply within 1–2 working days. Please remember that expired temporary inboxes and their emails are deleted automatically and cannot be restored — if your message is about an expired inbox, we will not be able to recover its emails, as explained in our Terms of Service.
